Finding the diet plan that works best for you can be a
challenge. If you’re like me, you’ve already tried them all
and you’re still overweight. I was beginning to believe I
was really doomed to be fat for the rest of my life!
We’re not alone. Millions of people are struggling with extra
pounds and can’t lose weight. It’s not our bodies or our minds
holding us back from the body of our dreams; it is the diets we
are trying.

decreasing your fat intake can be more harmful than beneficial.
Those who consumed less fat were actually more likely to suffer
from obesity and had a higher risk of heart disease.
